摘要在心搏骤停复苏后患者中，脑电图反应性（EEG-R）被认为是一种判断预后的指标。但关于如何测试EEG-R尚无明确的定义和指导方针。由多国相关领域专家共同制定的《心搏骤停后脑电图反应性2018年国际共识》就EEG-R测试的刺激方案和定义达成了部分共识。本文就该共识要点进行解读，以期为我国相关临床工作者提供参考。

abstractsIn patients being resuscitated successfully after cardiac arrest, electroencephalogram reactivity (EEG-R) is considered as a prognostic indicator. However, there are no clear guidelines on how to test EEG-R and exact definition of EEG-R. The International consensus on electroencephalogram reactivity testing after cardiac arrest on 2018, which is jointly developed by expert in relevant fields from many countries, reach a partial consensus on the test stimulation plan and definition of EEG-R. This paper interprets the main points of the consensus to provide reference for doctors majored in relevant fields in China.
