摘要新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种新发急性呼吸道传染病，目前全球疫情形势十分严峻，已蔓延超过200多个国家。在既往临床治疗中，我们发现部分危重型患者，随着住院时间的延长及有创呼吸支持治疗易合并细菌及真菌感染，死亡风险增大。湖南省医学会呼吸病学专业委员会组织省内相关专家以既往相关临床研究和临床指南为基础，对新型冠状病毒肺炎合并医院获得性肺炎(HAP)及呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的预防、早期诊断与治疗提出相关建议。

abstractsCorona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new acute respiratory infectious disease. The current global epidemic situation is very serious.Up to now, more than 200 countries have been affected. With the extension of hospitalization time and invasive respiratory support treatment, some critical and severe patients are prone to bacterial and fungal co-infection and facing an increasing mortality risk. Based on the previous clinical researches and guidelines, the Respiratory Professional Committee of Hunan Medical Association has organized experts in Hunan Province to draw up a proposal of the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of the complicated hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP) and ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP).
