摘要目标体温管理指将患者核心体温降低至特定温度以修复或减轻由血液灌注不足导致的组织损伤,是一种具有良好应用前景的治疗手段.但是随着其在临床中的应用愈发广泛,关于目标体温管理的应用范围与疗效也产生了越来越多的争议.我们将从目标体温管理的机制、实现方法以及其在疾病中的应用等方面进行综述,从而为加深对目标体温管理的理解以及优化目标体温管理的临床应用提供参考.

abstractsTargeted temperature management (TTM) is referred to as the reducing of the core body temperature to a specific temperature to repair or mitigate tissue damage caused by inadequate blood perfusion. It is a promising treatment method. However, as it is widely used in clinical practice, more and more disputes have been made about the scope and effect of TTM. This paper will review the mechanism of TTM,the method of its implementation and its application in the disease, so as to provide references for further understanding of TTM and optimizing the clinical application of TTM.
