摘要对2018年8月21日至12月13日浙江省温州市某地的一起毒鼠强中毒事件过程进行调查，对毒鼠强中毒患者的临床诊治过程进行分析。中毒事件因人为毒鼠强投毒致6人中毒，间断发病，确诊延迟，昏迷伴抽搐为其重症表现；连续性肾脏替代治疗对治疗重症疗效好，6人均痊愈。提示不明原因的昏迷伴抽搐要考虑中毒可能，毒鼠强虽禁用，仍需高度警惕，避免延误诊治发生。

abstractsFrom August 21 to December 13, 2018, a tetramine poisoning incident in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province was investigated, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tetramine poisoning was analyzed. There were 6 cases of poisoning caused by artificial tetramine poisoning. The diagnosis was delayed, coma and convulsions were severe manifestations continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) was effective in the treatment of severe cases, and all 6 cases were cured. The possibility of poisoning should be considered for unexplained coma and/or convulsions. Although tetramine is banned, it still needs to be highly vigilant and avoids the recurrence of delayed diagnosis and treatment.
