摘要心血管手术患者具有有创性接触较多、急诊患者合并疾病多、病情较为危重等特点，因此在新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间该类患者的麻醉管理更具挑战及特殊性。根据新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间开展临床工作的具体实践，并结合相关文献，中华医学会麻醉学分会心胸麻醉学组和中华医学会麻醉学分会青年委员会联合制订了"新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间心血管手术患者的麻醉管理策略"。该策略对新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间心血管手术患者的术前准备、医护人员防护措施、麻醉准备、术中麻醉、术毕转运及交接等进行了阐述，为新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间安全有效地实施心血管手术麻醉管理提供参考。

abstractsCardiovascular surgery patients are characterized by more invasive contact, more complicated diseases in emergency patients, and more serious conditions.Therefore, anesthesia management of such patients is more challenging and special during the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). According to the specific clinical practice during the COVID-19 epidemic, and combined with relevant literature, the Group of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology of Chinese Society of Anesthesiology and the Youth Committee of Chinese Society of Anesthesiology jointly formulated the " Anesthesia management strategy in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery during the epidemic of COVID-19" . This strategy described the preoperative preparation, medical staff protective measures, anesthesia preparation, intraoperative anesthesia, postoperative transport and handover of patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery during the COVID-19 epidemic, and provided reference for the safe and effective implementation of anesthesia management for cardiovascular surgery during the epidemic of COVID-19.
