摘要心血管疾病标志物POCT是近年来发展最快的床旁检测细分领域,但是质量管理的步伐略显滞后.本文将分析国内心血管疾病标志物POCT使用中在项目选择、质量体系、结果报告等方面的现状和问题,阐述与其他种类床旁检测的差异性.同时归纳总结了国外心血管疾病标志物POCT管理的相关制度与质量标准,结合国内情况为后续的心血管疾病标志物POCT质量管理值得注意的问题提出了相关建议.

abstractsRecently point-of-care testing (POCT) for cardiovascular biomarkers is sharply increasing among subdivision field of POCT,however the relevant quality control is not matched.In this paper,the present situation and problems about selecting biomarkers,managing quality and reporting results during clinical application were expounded.The difference between POCT for cardiovascular biomarkers and routine biomarkers was elaborated.The domestic and international rules and standards about POCT for cardiovascular biomarkers were summarized.Finally,this paper included some rationalization proposal to solve the noticeable problems of quality control in POCT for cardiovascular biomarkers.
