摘要作为全国急诊压力最大的医疗机构之一，北京协和医院的急诊科拥挤问题非常突出。为了有效解决急诊过度拥挤，提升医疗质量和患者就医感受，医院在充分现场调研的基础上，紧紧抓住通过和出口两个增量环节，建立多学科多部门协作团队，构建紧密的医疗联合体合作模式，探索以畅通患者"出口"为目标的协和疏解急诊拥挤模式。实践显示，综合措施有效缓解了急诊过度拥挤的问题，实现医疗环境和医疗质量双提升。

abstractsPeking Union Medical College Hospital, as one of the most stressful medical institutions in China, is facing the problem of emergency department overcrowding. In order to effectively alleviate the emergency overcrowding, improve the medical quality and patients′ medical experience, the hospital firmly grasped the two incremental links of " throughput" and " output" factors, established a multidisciplinary and multi-department cooperation team, constructed a close medical alliance cooperation mode, and innovated and explored a harmonious emergency overcrowding relief mode with the goal of unblocking the " exit" of patients. The practice showed that the comprehensive measures could effectively alleviate the problem of emergency overcrowding, and improve the medical environment and medical quality.
