摘要目的 对比卡前列甲酯栓和米索前列醇在人工流产中的应用效果,为临床药物流产方案的制定提供参考.方法 选取在我院接受人工流产的患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组各53例.对照组采用米非司酮片联合米索前列醇口服作为药物流产方案,观察组采用米非司酮片口服联合卡前列甲酯栓置于阴道后穹窿作为药物流产方案.对比两组患者的药物流产率、胚胎排出时间以及药物流产过程中不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组的药物流产成功率为73.58％,显著高于对照缌观察组药物流产成功患者的胚胎排出时间为(2.81±1.09)h,显著短于对照组.在药物流产过程中,观察组恶心的发生率为18.87％,腹泻的发生率为1.89％,腹痛的发生率为20.75％,均显著低于对照组.结论 米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓终止8～12周妊娠的成功率显著高于米非司酮联合米索前列醇,同时前者的胚胎排出时间更短,不良反应更少,是更为安全、有效的药物流产方案.

abstractsObjective To compare the application effect of Carboprost Methylate Suppositories and Misoprostol in artificial abortion,and to provide a reference for clinical drug abortion scheme.Methods 106 patients scheduled for artificial abortion in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 53 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Mifepristone tablets combined with Misoprostol orally as drug abortion scheme,while observation group was treated with Mifepristone tablets combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories placed in posterior fomix of vagina as drug abortion scheme.Drug abortion success rate,embryo eduction time and adverse reactions in the process of drug abortion in two groups were compared.Results The success rate of drug abortion in observation group was 73.58％,significantly higher than that in control group; embryo eduction time of successful drug abortion patients in observation group was (2.81 ± 1.09)h,significantly less than that in control group; in the process of drug abortion,the incidences of nausea,diarrhea,abdominal pain in observation group were 18.87％,1.89％,20.75％ respectively,significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion The success rate of Mifepristone combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in termination of 8-12 weeks' pregnancy is significantly higher than that of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol,with shorter embryo eduction time,less adverse reactions,which is a safe,effective drug abortion scheme.
