摘要目的 探讨安普贴配合碘仿内置引流联合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的效果.方法 将41例共计压疮64处Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组22例(34处)采用安普贴配合碘仿内置引流方法治疗,对照组19例(30处)采用0.5%碘伏湿敷换药治疗,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率97.05%,对照组总有效率83.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 安普贴配合碘仿内置引流联合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的效果明显优于0.5%碘伏湿敷换药方法.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of combined therapy Anpu sticking with Iodoform internal drainage in treatment of patients with pressure sore of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Methods 41 patients with Total bedsores 64 Ⅲ～Ⅳ period of pressure sore were divided into two groups : treatment group of 22 patients with 34 bedsores were combined therapy Anpu sticking with Iodoform internal drainage , the control group of 19 patients with 30 bedsores were treated with 0. 5 percent iodophorm. Results The total rate of effectiveness was 97.05 percent in the treatment group, 83. 33 percent in the control group. The effectiveness was higher in treatment group than that in controlled group and there were significantly differences between two groups (P<0.01) . Conclusion The effect of combined therapy Anpu sticking with Iodoform internal drainage in treatment of patients with pressure sore of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ is better than 0. 5 percent iodophorm.
