Advances in pathogenesis and medication of pulmonary fat embolism-induced ARDS
摘要肺脂肪栓塞所致ARDS是脂肪栓塞综合征的主要死因.其发病机制有机械阻塞理论、肺循环障碍凝结理论、生物化学刺激炎症反应理论、基因发病机制.用于临床治疗的药物有激素、低分子肝素、血管活性药物等.本文就此作一综述,以期为探明其发病机制和防治作出提示.

abstractsPulmonary fat embolism-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome is the main cause of fat embolism syndrome.There are four major theories about the pathogenesis of the syndrome.The clinical medication includes glucocorticoid,low molecular weight heparin,vasoactive drugs and so on.This review makes a summary of these progression and problem to present an indication of pathogenesis and clinical therapy of the syndrome.
