摘要目的 观察晚期前列腺癌骨转移患者给予醋酸甲地孕酮和小剂量己烯雌酚治疗后生活质量的改善情况.方法 将所有晚期前列腺癌骨转移患者病例分成两组:A组33例,常规镇痛治疗及一般支持治疗；B组35例,常规镇痛支持治疗并给予醋酸甲地孕酮和小剂量己烯雌酚口服.观察两组体重、疼痛、KPS评分及前列腺特异抗原(PSA)的变化.结果 B组疼痛分级下降,体重平均增加3.1千克,生活质量评分平均提高15分,PSA下降明显,与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),未见明显毒副反应.结论 醋酸甲地孕酮联合小剂量己烯雌酚治疗能明显改善前列腺癌骨转移患者的生活质量,降低PSA水平,具有一定的抗癌治疗作用.

abstractsObjectives To investigate the effect of Megestrol combined with diethylstilbestrol on inpatients with advanced prostate carcinoma.Methods Sixty-five cases of advanced prostate carcinoma with bone metastasis were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases of the controlled group(A) were treated with routine therapy alone,35 cases of the therapeutic group (B) were treated with plus Megestrol and diethylstilbestrol.The changes of weight,pain,KPS and PSA were observed in each group.Results Cases in the B group showed improvement of pain,increasement of weight and Karmofsky score,especially for PSA showed to drop off obviously.The differences in two groups were significant(P ＜0.01).There was no obvious toxicity.Conclusions The treatment of Megestrol combined with diethylstilbestrol has beneficial effects on the quality of life in patients with advanced prostate carcinoma and can drop off the level of PSA,its side effect is not significant.
