p62/SQSTM1在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展
Research progress of p62 / SQSTM1 in atherosclerosis
动脉粥样硬化是一种以脂代谢异常和炎症反应为特征的渐进性疾病,自噬在疾病的演变中发挥重要作用.p62/SQSTM1是连接泛素化蛋白到自噬机制的重要调控分子,可以经多条信号通路参与疾病的调控.因此,基于自噬理论研究p62在动脉粥样硬化中的作用具有重要意义.大量研究表明p62参与泡沫细胞形成、炎症因子释放及斑块的不稳定.在动脉粥样硬化早期,p62可以延缓疾病的发展,而病变晚期,p62可以导致斑块不稳定.以下从p62的结构和功能及其在自噬和动脉粥样硬化中的作用进行了综述,以期为阐明动脉粥样硬化的发病机制提供依据.
更多Atherosclerosis is a progressive disease characterized by abnormal lipid metabolism and in-flammatory reactions,and autophagy plays an important role in the evolution of the disease. p62 / SQSTM1 is an important regulatory molecule that links ubiquitinated proteins to autophagy and can be involved in the regula-tion of diseases through multiple signaling pathways Therefore,it is of great significance to study the role of p62 in atherosclerosis based on autophagy theory. A great number of studies have shown that p62 is involved in the formation of foam cells,release of inflammatory factors,and plaque instability. In the early stage of atherosclero-sis,p62 can delay the development of the disease,and in the late stage of disease,p62 can lead to plaque insta-bility. Here we reviews the structure and function of p62 and its role in autophagy and atherosclerosis in order to provide basis for clarifying the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
