结节病是一种系统性无干酪样坏死的肉芽肿性疾病,病因复杂,常累及肺脏、皮肤等多个器官,对糖皮质激素治疗敏感.目前认为,其发病机制是具有遗传易感性个体受到一种或几种不明原因抗原的刺激后产生的异常免疫应答,其真正发病原因尚未明确,可能与感染、遗传、职业、环境等多种因素有关.感染性因素中,分枝杆菌属、丙酸杆菌、病毒、立克次体、真菌等病原微生物的感染可能与其发病关系较为密切.

Sarcoidosis is a kind of systematic granulomatous disease of complex etiology without caseous necrosis.It often involves multiple organs such as the lung and skin.Glucocorticoids are usually effective for the control of sarcoidosis.It is considered that sarcoidosis is an abnormal immune response to one or multiple unknown antigenic stimuli in individuals with genetic predisposition.The real etiology of sarcoidosis has not been clarified,and appears to be associated with infection,heredity,occupation,environment,and so on.There seems to be a close relationship between sarcoidosis and infections with Mycobacterium,Propionibacterium,virus,richettsia,fungi,etc.
