大疱性类天疱疮与恶性肿瘤之间存在相关性,其相关恶性肿瘤类型包括血液系统肿瘤、前列腺癌、胃癌等,大部分恶性肿瘤出现在大疱性类天疱疮皮损之时或之后.副肿瘤性类天疱疮发病机制尚不清楚,治疗与经典大疱性类天疱疮有一定区别,患者皮损随着肿瘤的控制与治愈而好转.因此,临床中应注意大疱性类天疱疮患者可能伴发的恶性肿瘤,做到早发现早诊断早治疗,提高患者生命质量.

Bullous pemphigoid (BP) are often associated with malignancies such as haematological malignancy,prostatic carcinoma,gastric cancer,etc.Most malignancies occur synchronously with or after BP.The pathogenesis of paraneoplastic bullous pemphigoid (PNBP) has not been clarified,and its treatment is different from that of classic BP.The improvement of skin lesions is often an accompaniment of cancer control in patients with PNBP.Dermatologists should pay attention to associated malignancies in patients with BP,so as to improve the quality of life of patients by early detection,diagnosis and treatment of malignancies.
