Application of Maslow needs theory in the training of junior nurses in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics
目的:评价Maslow需要论在妇科低年资护士职业培训中的效果,探索低年资护士的培训模式。方法制订培训计划,对2010—2014年40名1~3年低年资护士运用Maslow需要论模式进行系统培训,从基础护理、危重患者护理、护理文书书写、病房管理、护理操作技能和患者满意度6个方面对每位参加培训的护士进行评价。结果40名低年资护士培训后基础护理、危重患者护理、护理文书书写、病房管理、护理操作技能合格率以及患者满意度均呈逐年上升趋势。结论 Maslow需要论在妇科低年资护士职业培训计划中科学可行,对提高其专业能力是至关重要的。
更多Objective To improve the nursing quality through applying the Maslow needs theory for the junior nurse training in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Methods We made a plan to train 40 junior nurses (1-3 years working experience) with Maslow needs theory during, and evaluate the training effects of each nurses from the basic nursing, critical patients care, nursing documents, ward management, nursing skills and patient satisfaction. Results There was a apparently increase among 40 nurses on the basic nursing, critical patients care, nursing documents, ward management, nursing skills and patient satisfaction. Conclusions The application of Maslow needs theory in the junior nurse training is feasible and scientific, and plays a significant role to improve the occupational ability.
