摘要目的 探讨教学医院外科学临床实习带教工作的特点及带教方法,以提高教学效果.方法 综合运用多种教学方法对医学生进行临床知识、临床技能、临床思维的训练以及职业素质教育和道德培养.结果 临床实习带教取得了良好的效果,有助于培养专业知识牢固、职业道德高尚的医学人才.结论 适应教学医院外科学临床带教工作的需要,适时灵活运用多种带教方法,对于整体提高外科学临床教学质量具有一定的现实意义.
