目的 探讨巩膜隧道切口周边虹膜切除术治疗青光眼的临床效果.方法 对急性闭角型青光眼缓解期、高危浅前房人群、慢性闭角型青光眼早期等68例(108眼)进行巩膜隧道切口周边虹膜切除术,观察术中术后并发症及手术效果.结果 手术前后视力无明显变化,随访3个月至5年眼压控制良好.结论 本术式损伤小,反应轻,并发症发生率低,且较易行周边虹膜切除术.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of peripheral iridectomy through scleral tunnel incision for glaucoma.Methods The peripheral iridectomy through scleral tunnel incision had been performed on 108 eyes of 68 cases diagnosed as remission phase of acute angle closure glaucoma,narrow angle and shallow anterior chamber or early stage of chronic angle closure glaucoma.The perioperative and postoperative complications and surgical effect were observed.Results The visual acuities of 108 eyes of 68 cases had no significant differences before and after surgeries.The intraocular pressure had been controlled satisfactorily during 3 ～ 5 years follow-up.Conclusion The peripheral iridectomy through scleral tunnel incision is safe,effective and easy to operate with little damage,light postoperative reactions and few surgical complications.
