目的 研究开放式鼓室成形术后干耳及听力改善的情况.方法 总结中山大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科在2008年6月至2009年6月进行开放式鼓室成形术的35例患者随访资料,35例患者都行Ⅰ期听骨链重建.22例植入钛质人工听骨,13例采用自体骨.患者术后随访1年.结果 术后1个月干耳14例,术后3月干耳21例,干耳率达100%,术后6月鼓膜生长良好33例,愈合率达94.3%.术后12个月,听力提高30 dBHL以上1耳,20～30 dBHL5耳,10～20 dBHL20耳,0～10 dBHL8耳,更差1耳,听力提高10 dBHL以上为有效,听力提高有效率为74.3%(26/35).结论 适当的开放式鼓室成形术,可以获得干耳和一定程度保存提高听力的临床效果.

Objective To study the dry ear curative effect and hearing enhancement of openmastoidectomy with tympanoplast(OMT).Methods 35 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media from 2008.6-2009.6 received OMT,35 patients received Ⅰ stage auditory bone chain reconstruction,22 examples were implanted the titanium artificial auditory bone,13 examples used autogenous bone followed up at one year.Results Tympanic membrane perforation was healed in 33 cases(94.3%),dry ear in 35 cases( 100%).At 12 months post operative time,The post operative hearing threshold level improved over 30 dBHL( air conducted threshold)in 1 case,20 ～30 dBHL in 5 cases,10 ～20 dBHL in 20 cases,0 ～ 10 dBHL in 8 cases,1 case was worse,the hearing enhances above 10 dBHL for effective,the hearing raises effectiveness was 74.3%(26/35).Conclusion Adequate OMT could get a better result of dry ear and hearing enhancement in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.
