目的 评价三维重建技术在肝肿瘤切除中的应用价值.方法 选取解放军沈阳军区总院肝胆外科收治的36例肝肿瘤患者,所有患者术前均借助三维重建技术定位肿瘤的位置关系,划定手术预切除线,计算肝体积等,术中实际术式与术前三维重辅助拟定的手术方式均一致.结果 36例患者中,31例患者接受手术.术后7例患者发生相关并发症,术后1年内7例患者复发,术后1年的存活率为100%.5例未手术的患者均在1年内死亡.结论 三维重建技术可清晰地显示肝内部结构,能帮助医师制定精确的手术方案及术前评估,从而实现肝肿瘤的精准切除.

Objective To evaluate the value of 3d reconstruction in liver cancer resection.Methods This study involved 36 liver cancer patients.According to three-dimensional reconstruction,detected the orientation relationship between tumor location,delimited the surgical excision line and calculation of liver volume.Sugical operation was the same with the plan assisted with preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction.Results 31 of 36 patients accepted the surgery.7 patients appeared complication.7 patients recurred.Postoperative suvival rate of 1 year was 100%.5 patients who no accepted surgery all died in one year.Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction technique can clearly show the internal structure of the liver,that can help doctors to formulate precise operation plan and preoperative evaluation,so as to achieve the accurate removal of liver tumor.
