目的 探讨复方红豆杉胶囊联合吉西他滨+顺铂(GC化学治疗方案)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCC)晚期患者血清可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及生存质量的影响.方法 选取2016年1～12月运城市中心医院肿瘤科收治的72例晚期NSCC患者,根据治疗方案分为联合治疗组与化学治疗组.化学治疗组给予GC化学治疗方案治疗,联合治疗组在化学治疗组基础上联合复方红豆杉胶囊.比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗前后血清SIL-2R、IGF-1水平及生存质量评分,统计两组患者在治疗期间骨髓抑制、消化道反应等不良反应的发生率.结果 联合治疗组患者的临床治疗效果较化学治疗组更为显著,疾病控制率(94.4％)较化学治疗组(69.4％)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血清SIL-2R、IGF-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后较治疗前水平均显著降低,且联合治疗组低于化学治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的生存质量功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合治疗组患者较化学治疗组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者的骨髓抑制、消化道反应、肝肾功能损害等不良反应发生率与化学治疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 复方红豆杉胶囊联合GC化学治疗方案治疗NSCC疗效显著,可有效改善血清SIL-2R、IGF-1水平及患者的生存质量,且具有一定的安全性.

Objective To investigate the effects of compound yew capsule + cisplatin( GC chem-otherapy regimen)on serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCC). Methods A retrospective study was performed on 72 cases of patients with advanced NSCC who were admitted from Jan-uary to December 2016. According to different treatment plans,patients were divided into the observation group and the normal group. Patients in the normal group were treated with GC chemotherapy,the others in the observation group were given compound yew capsule on the basis of the treatment of the normal group. The clinical efficacy,serum SIL-2R,IGF-1 levels and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions such as myelosuppression and diges-tive tract reaction rate in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy of the ob-servation group was more significant than that of the normal group,and the disease control rate(94. 4％)was higher than(69. 4％)of the normal group(P<0. 05). There was insignificant difference in serum SIL-2R and IGF-1 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum SIL-2R and IGF-1 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0. 05). After treatment,serum SIL-2R and IGF-1 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0. 05),and the levels in the observation group was lower than those of the normal group(P<0. 05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life function score between the two groups(P>0. 05). After treatment,the quality of life function score in the observation group was higher than that in the normal group (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression,digestive tract reaction,liver and kidney dysfunction between the two groups( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compound yew capsule combined with GC chemotherapy regimen has significant effect in the treatment of NSCC,and it can effectively improve the level of serum SIL-2R,IGF-1 and the quality life of patients,which has a certain security.
