目的 研究体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)与子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)妇女的心理状况及相关因素.方法 本研究为病例对照研究,采用单纯随机抽样的方法抽取IVF-ET与HSG妇女各102例和102例正常生育妇女(对照组)进行一般情况调查、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Olson-婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)调查.结果 IVF-ET与HSG妇女心理状况、婚姻质量明显差于对照组( P <0.05);多元线性逐步回归分析结果表明其心理状况影响的因素依次为:丈夫支持、业余活动、过份理想化、文化程度、经济安排、性格相容性、有无孩子、月经初潮年龄( P <0.05),其标准化回归系数分别是0.218,-0.180,-0.180,-0.169,-0.152,-0.150,0.136,0.132.结论 IVF-ET与HSG妇女心理状况差,其心理状况的影响因素依次为:丈夫支持、业余活动、过份理想化、文化程度、经济安排、性格相容性、有无孩子、月经初潮年龄.

Objective To study on mental status and relative factors of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) and hysterosalpinography(HSG) women.Methods A case-control design was used in this study. 102 IVF-ET and 102 HSG and 102 fertile women (control group)were investigated by randomized sampling method.They were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90 and Olson Marital quality questionnaire.Results Mental status and marital quality of IVF-ET and HSG women were worse than control group ( P <0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression indicated that the influential factors of mental status of them were husband's support,spare-time activity,excessive idealization,education degree,economic arrangement,character compatibility,with or without child, menarche age( P <0.05).Their standardized coefficients were 0.218,-0.180,-0.180,-0.169,-0.152,-0.150,0.136,0.132 respectively.Conclusion Mental status of IVF-ET and HSG women is worse and the influential factors of mental status of them were husband's support,spare-time activity,excessive idealization,education degree,economic arrangement,character compatibility,with or without child, menarche age.
