在我国,慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)合并脂肪肝患者越来越多,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染对代谢和脂肪肝的影响,以及脂肪肝、代谢因素对CHB患者疾病进展和治疗反应的影响是当前的热门话题.临床医师应谨慎判断慢性HBV感染合并脂肪肝患者转氨酶异常及肝炎活动的原因,当前需加强慢性HBV感染和CHB患者合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的无创诊断研究,从而制定个性化的治疗和随访方案.

Fatty liver is increasingly common in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in China.
