目的 探讨神经内镜下进行椎管内手术的方法.方法 对35例椎管内病变,包括椎管肿瘤、脊髓栓系以及脊髓空洞的患者,采用硬质内镜下后正中3 cm小切口行椎管内病变的手术治疗.结果 35例患者术中及术后无明显并发症发生.术后不需进行制动.随访3 -53个月,原有临床症状减轻或者消失,无脊柱不稳定发生；影像学复查,12例椎管内肿瘤全切除10例,次全切除2例；脊髓空洞较前缩小,脊髓栓系解除.结论 神经内镜下进行椎管内手术,方法可行、创伤小,是一种新型、安全、有效的手术方法.

Objective To investigate technical of Endoscopic surgical treatment of intraspinal lesions.Methods 35 patients with intraspinal lesions,including tumors、tethered cord syndrome and syringomyelia,were reviewed. We made a 3 cm incision under the endoscopy for the surgical treatment.Results No complications was found.The immobilization was not needed.35 cases were followed - up 3 -53 months after operation,all the symptoms and signs were remarkably relieved. Among 12 patients with tumors,10 cases underwent total resection,2 cases underwent subtotal resection. Conclusion The endoscope -assisted intraspinal operation is a safe and effective surgical method to treat intraspinal lesions.
