三维电场引导下心房扑动导管消融术
Radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by three-dimensional electroanatomic navigation for atrial flutter
目的:探讨三维电场引导下行心房扑动导管消融术的可行性、方法学。方法在三维电场( NavX系统,美国圣犹达公司)引导下对2011年1月至2015年12月在浙江省民医院46例典型心房扑动(房扑)行无透视三尖瓣峡部线性消融术。结果46例房扑全部在三维电场引导下消融成功,消融过程无X线曝光,手术时间35~152(65.4±21.4) min,无并发症发生。结论三维电场引导下对典型房扑进行无射线的导管消融术有很高的成功率,安全可行。
更多Objective To explore the feasibility and methodology of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of typical atrial flutter(AFL)guided by 3D navigation system(Ensite-NavX).Method Forty-six consecutive patients with typical AFL underwent cavotricuspid isthmus ( CTI) linear ablation guided by 3D navi-gation from January 2011 to December 2015 in Zhejiang Provincial People ’s Hospital.Result The AFL were successfully ablated in a total 47 cases without exposure to X-ray,with procedure time of 35-152( mean 65.4± 21.4) min, and no serious complications happened .Conclusion Nonfluoroscopy RFCA for typical AFL guided by 3D navigation is safe and feasible .
