摘要目的 观察前列地尔注射液联合α-硫辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效.方法 选择120例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组应用前列地尔注射液及α-硫辛酸注射液,对照组仅给予前列地尔注射液治疗,共2周.观察治疗前后两组的临床表现、踝肱血压指数和血流动力学的变化.结果 两组治疗后临床表现有改善,踝肱指数及血流动力学较治疗前均有改善,治疗组的改善更明显(P＜0.05).结论 临床使用前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变有确切疗效.

abstractsObjective To observe the therapeutic effect of alprostadil injection combined with alpha-lipoic acid injection on diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with alprostadil injection and alpha-lipoic acid injection for 2 weeks.The control group were treated with alprostadil injection for 2 weeks.The changes of clinical performance before and after the treatment,the ankle brachial pressure index and the cellular hemorheology were observed.Results After treatment for 2 weeks,all clinical symptoms of 120 cases improved and total clinical symptom score were lowered.Compared with control group,the treatment group had more significant improvement(P ＜0.05).Conclusions Alprostadil injection combined with alpha-lipoic acid injection has certain efficacy on diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.
