目的 探讨宫颈癌放疗中患者体重指数(BMI)与摆位误差的相关性.方法 随机抽取2018年6月至2019年5月于北京大学肿瘤医院进行放疗的宫颈癌患者88例,根据BMI值分为观察组28例(BMI≥25 kg/m2)与对照组60例(BMI<25 kg/m2).记录并比较两组患者摆位误差、肿瘤控制概率.结果 观察组X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向的摆位误差分别为(8.83±3.10)mm、(5.45±3.12)mm、(6.24±3.13)mm,均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的肿瘤控制概率(15.44±3.10)％少于对照组的(18.56±4.19)％,P<0.05.结论 宫颈癌放疗中患者BMI与摆位误差存在显著相关性,BMI增加可增加摆位误差,导致肿瘤控制概率减少.

Objective To investigate the correlation between body mass index ( BMI ) and placement error in cervical cancer radiotherapy. Methods A total of 88 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radiotherapy in Peking University Cancer Hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected. They were divided into the 28 patients ( BMI≥25kg/m2 ) in the observation group and 60 patients ( BMI<25 kg/m2 ) in the control group according to the BMI. The placement error and tumor control probability of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The placement errors of the observation group in the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions were ( 8. 83 ± 3. 10 ) mm, ( 5. 45 ± 3. 12)mm, and (6. 24 ± 3. 13) mm, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The tumor control probability (15. 44 ±3. 10)％ of the observation group was less than that of the control group ( 18. 56 ± 4. 19 )％, P <0. 05 . Conclusions There are significant correlation between BMI and placement error in cervical cancer radiotherapy, and increase in BMI can lead to increase in the placement error, resulting in decrease in tumor control probability.
