换一批开胸手术避开肋间神经闭合技术对患者术后疼痛的影响
The influence of avoid the intercostals nerve closure technique to the postoperative pain in thoracotomy
摘要使用调查表格评分方法研究常规闭合技术与避开肋间神经闭合技术对患者术后疼痛的影响。结果显示，常规后外侧切口手术利用避开肋间神经缝合技术(亦称为紧贴肋骨边缘闭合技术)导致患者术后的疼痛明显弱于常规闭合技术；前外侧7~15 cm小切口手术利用避开肋间神经缝合技术导致患者术后的疼痛明显弱于常规闭合技术。
