摘要急性白血病是一类起源于造血干细胞的恶性增殖性疾病,具有分子学和临床异质性.急性白血病的治疗主要以化疗及造血干细胞移植为主,近年来靶向治疗的发展明显改善了患者预后.文章对中国医学科学院血液病医院(中国医学科学院血液学研究所)在急性白血病发病机制、诊断及治疗研究中所做的部分工作进行了回顾.

abstractsAcute leukemia is a kind of malignant proliferative disease originating from hematopoietic stem cells, which is characterized with molecular and clinical heterogeneity. Chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are the major treatments for acute leukemia. In recent years, the development of targeted therapy has significantly improved the prognosis of acute leukemia patients. This article reviews the part of the work of Institute of Hematology&Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences on the research of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia.
