摘要骨关节炎是一种慢性退行性疾病.金明秀教授认为,活动期骨关节炎以实证为多,病因病机为毒邪侵袭或损伤经络,致经脉痹阻而导致骨痹.本病多以毒邪为患,治以解毒排毒之法,方用四妙散合五味消毒饮加减,临床有明显疗效.
