摘要目的 探讨中毒昏迷患者经口捕胃管洗胃的方法.方法 将40例口服中毒需洗胃的昏迷病人按洗胃先后顺序分成单数为观察组20例,双数为对照组20例.对照组经鼻腔插入胃管洗胃,观察组经口插入胃管洗胃.观察两组置入胃管过程需要的时间,置入胃管过程和置入胃管后1min各显示的血压、心率、外周血氧饱和度等指标及一次过插胃管成功率.结果 观察组平均置入胃管时间较对照组减短,一次插管成功率高,两组患者置入胃管后1min血压,心率,外周血氧饱和度比较差异有显著性,P＜0.01.有统计学意义.结论 经口插胃管洗胃不仅使中毒昏迷患者得到了及时救治,而且减少由于插管引起的损伤,确保护理急救技术安全应用.

abstractsObjective To explore the method of inserting gastric lavage tube through the mouth in the unconseious and poisoning patients.Methods There are 40 cases which are poisoning unconscious patients related with oral.Divided them into 2 groups by the order.The experimental group is lavaged by putting lavage tube from mouth.The control group is lavaged by putting lavage tube from nose.Then write down the time for putting the lavage tube from mouth and nose separately.Results The average catheter time for insertion of the experimental group has reduced.And the achievement ratio of intubation has increased.Comparing patients' blood pressure,heart rate and peripheral oxygen saturation per minute in these two groups after the insertion of tube.There are significant difference.Pvalue＜0.01 the differences have statistical signifieanee.Conclusions Oral intubation with a gastric tube could not only cure the uneonscioas and poisoning patients timely but also reduce the danger of intubation injury and ensure the safety of emergency nursing care skill.
