摘要目的 探索梅州市医防合作对肺结核病人转诊和追踪到位的影响.方法 对梅州市2009年结核病控制实施医防合作,以实施前2008年为对照,分析比较实施前后肺结核病人的转诊率、转诊到位率、追踪率、追踪到位率和总体到位率的变化情况.结果 实施后,卫生行政部门、结防机构和医疗机构提高了对结核病控制的认识,在行政上明显加强了管理,更加积极主动开展项目工作;实施期间肺结核病人转诊到位率35.34%,追踪到位率57.25%,总体到位率70.14%,均较实施前有显著提高(P<0.01).结论实施医防合作可以有效提高结核病转诊和追踪工作水平,并能促进医疗单位参与结核病的防治工作.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of medical care integrated with prevention on referral and follow-up in patients with tuberculosis (TB) in Meizhou city. Methods After medical care integrated with prevention for TB control in 2009 was performed, the rates of referral, follow-up, referral completion, follow-up completion, and overall completion were compared with those in 2008 in all TB patients. Results After the development of the project, the health administrative departments, health agencies, and TB control units increased the awareness of TB control, strengthened administrative management, and performed the project more actively and aggressively. During the progress of the project, the rates of referral completion, follow-up completion, and overall completion increased significantly (35.34%, 57.25%, and 70.14%; P<0. 01), as compared with those in 2008. Conclusions Medical care integrated with prevention can effectively improve the levels of referral and follow-up in patients with tuberculosis, and promote medical units to participate in the prevention and control of tuberculosis.
