摘要目的 探讨健康促进模式在腹膜透析患者管理中的运用.方法 对58例腹膜透析患者运用健康促进模式进行腹膜透析相关知识指导,评价教育前后患者对腹膜透析相关知识的掌握程度和腹膜透析并发症发生率.结果 通过近1年的健康促进,腹膜透析患者对腹膜透析相关知识的掌握程度明显提高,其中腹透方法 、透析管护理、饮食管理分别从62.1%、51.7%、63.8%上升到94.8%、86.2%、91.4%;腹膜透析并发症发生率在干预教育后明显降低(P<0.05).结论 经过有计划的健康促进,腹膜透析患者的自我管理意识增强,提高了治疗依从性,并发症发生率明显下降.

abstractsObjective To explore health promotion model in the management of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Methods 58 patients received health education on peritoneal dialysisrelated information. The understanding level of peritoneal dialysis and the incidence of complications were evaluated before and after the education. Results One year after the application of health promotion model, the rates of peritoneal dialytic proedure, dialysis cathether care, and diet management increased from 62.1% to 94.8%, 51.7% to 86.2%, and 63.8% to 91.4%, respectively; and the incidence of dialysis-related complications decreased significantly (P< 0.05). Conclusions Health promotion model can strengthen patients' knowledge of self-management, improve treatment compliance, and reduce the incidence of dialysis-related complications.
