摘要目的 探讨我院中医中药对高龄孕妇安胎的治疗与护理.方法 对288例高龄孕妇采用中医中药治疗结合中医护理,于7天以内、8～14天、15～21天、22～30天以及30天以上对患者进行疗效观察并统计.结果 通过中医中药治疗与中医护理高龄孕妇,于22～30天疗效观察,治疗有效率达85%,结果有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 中医中药对高龄孕妇安胎治疗结合中医护理,收到了满意的效果,值得临床推广以及进一步研究.

abstractsObjectiveTo explore the treatment of Chinese medicine for miscarriage prevention in women of advanced maternal age and the nursing care for those women. Methods288 women of advanced maternal age received Chinese nursing care and therapies with Chinese medicine. The efficacy was observed and analyzed on days 1 to 7, 8 to 14, 15 to 21, and 22 to 30. Results The effective rate was 85% on days 22 to 30 in those women who had received Chinese nursing care and therapies with Chinese medicine, with a significant difference(P ＜ 0.01). Conclusions Chinese medicine combined with Chinese nursing care is effective in miscarriage prevention in women of advanced maternal age. It is worth popularizing and doing further research.
