摘要目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的相关因素及护理措施.方法 总结分析26例经尿道前列腺电切术后出血患者的临床资料.结果 26例术后出血病例经有效的治疗措施及护理,出血停止,均治愈出院.结论 严密的观察、有效的预防措施、及时的处理能有效防治前列腺电切术后出血,是经尿道手术患者顺利康复出院的有效保证.

abstractsObjective To evaluate related factors and nursing measures for postoperative bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods 26 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with postoperative bleeding after TURP were analyzed. Results All cases of postoperative bleeding were cured with effective treatment and care. Conclusion Close observation, effective preventive measures and timely treatment can effectively treat postoperative bleeding after TURP and ensure these patients can recover successfully.
