摘要目的 通过对老年卧床患者需求的调查,了解老年卧床患者对护理工作的需求,制定相应的护理措施,以便于更好地提高老年卧床患者的护理服务质量和生存质量.方法 采用自行设计的护理行为调查问卷对98例老年卧床患者进行调查,了解患者对护理行为的需求情况.结果 93.9％的患者十分需要护士协助定时坐起,89.8％的患者十分需要护士协助进食,87.8％的患者十分需要护士协助营造舒适的环境；94.9％的患者非常需要护士对陪护进行照顾指导,93.9％的患者非常需要护士提供细心的人文关怀,92.9％的患者非常需要护士有良好的专业素养,90.8％的患者非常需要护士提供所患疾病相关知识(病情、治疗、康复等).结论 护士应了解老年卧床患者的护理需求情况,并满足患者的护理需求,从而提高护理质量.促进患者康复.

abstractsObjective Investigating the bedridden elderly patients' needs,to understand the care needs of elderly bedridden patients,then formulate some corresponding nursing measures for improving the nursing service quality of elderly bedridden patients and their life quality.Methods Self-designed nursing behavior questionnaire were used to investigated 98 elderly bedridden patients to understand the patients care needs.Results 93.9％ patients needed to help sit up from time to time.89.8％ patients needed to assist eating.87.8％ patients needed a comfortable environment.94.9％ patients demanded nursing training for their care taker from nurses.93.9％ patients needed humanistic care.92.9％ patients demanded that nurses have the good professional accomplishment.90.8％ patients were in great need of the disease related knowledge (illness,treatment,rehabilitation etc) from nurses.Conclusions Nurses should be aware of the care needs of elderly bedridden patients,and satisfy their needs to improve the care quality and facilitate their recovery.
