摘要目的 探讨心脏瓣膜病患者术前实施综合护理干预的效果.方法 选取201 1年8月至2012年12月及2013年2月至2014年3月在我院行心脏瓣膜病手术的200例患者为研究对象.将2011年8月至2012年12月100例患者为常规组,2013年2月至2014年3月100例患者为干预组.常规组按照成人心外科基础护理常规及瓣膜置换围手术期护理常规护理.干预组在落实护理常规基础上,给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者术前并发症发生率、术前住院时间、患者、家属对护理工作满意度.结果 干预组术前并发症发生率5.0％,常规组术前并发症发生率15.0％;干预组术前住院天数(12.85±4.56)d,常规组术前住院天数(14.68±6.30)d.干预组患者满意度、家属满意度显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).结论 对心脏瓣膜病患者术前实施综合护理干预,可减少并发症发生,缩短术前住院时间,提高患者及家属满意度.

abstractsObjective To discuss the effect of implementing preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for heart valve disease patients.Methods Choosing 200 patients in our hospital undergoing surgery of heart valve disease from August 2011 to December 2012 and from February 2013 to March 2014 as the research objects.100 patients from August 2011 to December 2012 as regulation group,and 100 patients from February 2013 to March 2014 as intervention group.Regulation group was treated in accordance with the adult cardiac surgery basic nursing and valve replacement perioperative nursing care.Intervention group on the basis of implementing regular nursing,was given the comprehensive nursing intervention,we compared the two groups patients in the preoperative complications,preoperative hospitalization time,and the satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing job.Results The preoperative complication of intervention group was 5％,and regulation group was 15％; the preoperative hospitalization days of intervention group was (12.85 ± 4.56) d,regulation group was (14.68 ± 6.30) d.Intervention group' s preoperative complication rate was lower,preoperative hospitalization time was shorter and the satisfaction of patient and family was higher than that of regulation group.Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for heart valve disease patients before operation can reduce the complications,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
