摘要目的 探讨苯海拉明薄荷乳膏的制备方法和治疗手部湿疹的临床应用效果.方法 确定该制剂的制备工艺,质量标准,评价其用于52例手部湿疹患者的疗效.结果 该制剂质量稳定.治疗组有效率为96％,对照组有效率为38％;其中,在疗效的痊愈、显效、有效、无效四个评级中,治疗组疗效多为痊愈及显效,对照组多为有效.结论 本制剂工艺简单、技术成熟,用于治疗手部湿疹临床效果确切,值得推广应用.

abstractsObjective To explore the preparation method of diphenhydramine mint cream and its clinical effect on hand eczema.Methods The preparation process of diphenhydramine mint cream,quality standard,evaluation,and the curative effect on 52 patients with hand eczema were determined.Results The quality of the preparation was stable.The effective rate was 96％ in the treatment group (most were cured and obviously effective) and 38％ in the control group (most were effective).Conclusions The preparation technology is simple and mature.The cream for hand eczema is effective,so it is worth being generalized.
