摘要目的 观察益气养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中医疗效.方法 选取本科2014年8月至2016年12月60例经胃镜和病理诊断为CAG患者,分为两组;30例实验组采用西医疗法联合中药益气养胃汤治疗,30例对照组单纯予西药治疗,疗程3月.结果 疗程结束后,实验组患者症候及病理评分较对照组明显下降;实验组有效率为86.67％,对照组有效率为66.67％.结论 益气养胃汤联合西药治疗CAG疗效明显,值得进一步研究和推广.

abstractsObjective To investigate the TCM therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangwei decoction for chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 60 patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis by gastroscope and pathology were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 for each group.The treatment group were treated with Yiqi Yangwei decoction and Western medicine and the control group with Western medicine,for three month.Results After the treatment,the scores of the symptom and pathology were lower in the treatment group than in the control group.The effective rate was 86.67％ in the treatment group and 66.7％ in the control group.Conclusion Yiqi Yangwei decoction and Western medicine chronic atrophic gastritis is effective,so it is worth being generalized.
