摘要目的 探讨开天门应用于骨科术后镇痛的临床疗效.方法 采用简单随机分组对照法,将本院2016年10月至2018年6月骨科术后VAS疼痛评分为中重度患者44例,分为对照组和实验组,对照组肌肉注射帕瑞昔布钠,实验组肌肉注射帕瑞昔布钠及应用开天门,观察两组临床疗效.结果 实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(90.91％比68.18％);两组患者VAS评分比较,实验组干预前为(6.18±1.33)分,干预后为(1.41±1.37)分,对照组干预前为(6.27±1.35)分,干预后为(2.91±1.69)分,干预后VAS评分实验组和对照组均显著减少;治疗后实验组满意度高于对照组(95.45％比68.18％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 开天门应用于骨科术后镇痛有明显疗效.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the application of Kaitianmen in postoperative analgesia at department of orthopedics.Methods From October,2016 to June,2018,44 patients with moderate to severe pain after surgery at department of orthopedics were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group took intramuscular injection of parecoxib sodium,and the experimental group took intramuscular injection of parecoxib sodium parecoxib sodium and Kaitianmen.The clinical efficacies were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (90.91％ vs.68.18％).The VAS score of the experimental group was (6.18± 1.33) before the intervention and (1.41±1.37) after the intervention,and was (6.27±1.35) before the intervention and (2.91±1.69) after the intervention in the control group.The satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (95.45％ vs.68.18％),with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of Kaitianmen in postoperative analgesia at department of orthopedics has obvious curative effect.
