摘要目的 探讨血液透析患者实施舒适护理后的应用效果.方法 选择广州市花都区人民医院2016年1月至2017年12月进行血液透析的患者198例,并进行调查分析,平均分为两组,对照组使用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果.结果 与对照组比较,观察组舒适程度比对照组更高;观察组社会、生理、心理维度的得分较对照组更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在血液透析护理中进一步实施舒适护理,患者的舒适度更加明显,同时能从各方面提高及改善患者的生活质量.

abstractsObjective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing after hemodialysis patients.Methods 198 patients taking hemodialysis at our hospital from January,2016 to December,2017 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used conventional nursing methods.The observation group carried out comfortable nursing care on the basis of the control group.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results The comfort degree and the scores of the social,physiological,and psychological dimensions were higher in the observation group than inthe control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing care in hemodialysis nursing care can improve the patients' comfort and life quality.
