摘要目的 观察止血组方对于肾虚型功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效.方法 将本院门诊1 16例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用止血组方系列治疗,对照组口服妈富隆,治疗3个月经周期后观察6个月,分别观察治疗前、治疗1个月经周期、治疗3个月经周期、停药3个月、停药6个月的月经相关情况,进行统计分析.结果 治疗组止血时间为(7.86±1.83)d,较对照组的(5.02±1.55)d明显偏长(P＜0.01),治疗组治愈率为70.7％,明显优于对照组的37.9％ (P＜0.01);停药6个月后,治疗组经期为(6.16±1.09)d,优于对照组的(8.53±3.10)d(P＜ 0.05);子宫内膜厚度治疗组为(0.50±0.05) cm,优于对照组的(0.66±0.11) cm (P＜0.01);血红蛋白含量治疗组为(123.40±5.59) g/L,优于对照组的(116.57±7.06) g/L (P＜0.01).结论 肾虚型止血组方更利于肾虚型功血的控制与稳定.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical effect of hemostasis combination prescription on renal deficiency dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB).Methods 116 patients with renal deficiency DUB treated at our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group were treated with a series of hemostasis prescription,and the control group with Marvelon.Both groups were treated 3 menstrual cycles and observed 6 months.Both groups were observed on the menstrual related conditions before treatment,after 1 and 3 menstrual cycles,and 3 and 6 months after drug withdrawal.Then statistical analysis was carried out.Results The hemostasis time was (7.86±1.83) days in the treatment group,and was (5.02±1.55) days in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).However,the cured rate was 70.7％ in the treatment group,was 37.9％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).6 months after drUg withdrawal,the menstrual cycle was (6.16±1.09) days in the treatment group,and was (8.53±3.10) days in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The endo-metrial thickness was (0.50±0.05) cm in the treatment group,and was (0.66±0.11) cm in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).And the hemoglobin was (123.40±5.59) g/L in the treatment group,and was (116.57±7.06) g/L in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Hemostasis combination prescription for renal deficiency DUB is effective.
