标准化沟通模式应用于腰椎间盘突出症手术患者的临床效果评价
Application of standardized communication mode in patients with lumbar disc herniation
摘要目的 探讨标准化沟通模式应用于腰椎间盘突出症手术患者的临床效果.方法 以本院2016年3月至2017年2月收诊的62例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者为对照组,予以传统护理干预;以本院2017年3月至2018年3月收诊的60例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者为研究组,在对照组传统护理干预基础上实施标准化沟通模式;比较两组护士在实施标准化沟通模式前后的综合素质得分情况、医生对护理工作满意度情况及两组患者干预前后的腰椎功能.结果 研究组护士理论考核和实践能力得分分别为(98.4±4.8)分、(97.6±5.2)分,均高于对照组[分别为(90.1±3.5)分、(93.1±4.6)分];研究组满意度为98.3%,高于对照组的87.1%;研究组干预后的腰椎功能评分为(34.5±2.0)分,低于对照组的(60.3±4.8)分.结论 标准化沟通模式应用于腰椎间盘突出症手术患者,不仅能提高护士综合素质、医生对护士的满意度,还能改善患者的腰椎功能.

abstractsObjective To analyze the effect of standardized communication mode for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation who were enrolled in our hospital from March,2016 to February,2017 were set as a control group and were given traditional nursing intervention.Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated at our hospital from March,2017 to March,2018 were set as a study group;and standardized communication mode was implemented on the basis of traditional nursing intervention.The comprehensive quality scores of the of nurses in the two groups before and after implementation of the standardized communication mode were compared,as well as the doctors' satisfaction to the nursing work.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and practice ability of the study group were (98.4 ± 4.8) and (97.6 ± 5.2),respectively,which were higher than those of the control group [(90.1 ± 3.5) and (93.1 ± 4.6)].The satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.3%,which was higher than that of the control group (87.1%).The lumbar function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group [(34.5 ± 2.0) vs.(60.3 ± 4.8)].Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,the introduction of standardized communication mode can improve the overall quality of nurses and improve doctors' satisfaction.
