摘要目的 探讨脑卒中后丘脑痛患者接受氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合卡马西平治疗对其疼痛及抑郁的影响.方法 选取2013年3月至2018年3月在本院就诊的脑卒中后丘脑痛患者94例,参照随机数表法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47).对照组采用卡马西平治疗,观察组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合卡马西平治疗,对比两组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及不良反应情况.结果 观察组治疗1周、2周及4周时NRS评分及HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合卡马西平可有效减轻脑卒中后丘脑痛患者疼痛程度,缓解抑郁情绪,且具有一定的安全性.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effects of flupentixol and melitracen combined with carbamazepine on pain and depression in patients with thalamic pain after stroke.Methods Ninety-four patients with thalamic pain after stroke who were treated at our hospital from March,2013 to March,2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into a control group (n=47) and an observation group (n=47) by random number table method.The control group were treated with carbamazepine,and the observation group with flupentixol and melitracen and carbamazepine.The pain score (NRS),Hamilton's depression scale (HAMD) score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The NRS scores and HAMD scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group 1,2,and 4 weeks after the treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).During the treatment period,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with carbamazepine can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients with thalamic pain after stroke,relieve their depression,and has certain safety.
