摘要目的 探讨头痛宁胶囊与盐酸氟桂利嗪对难治性偏头痛患者情绪、生活质量的影响及疗效.方法 选取110例难治性偏头痛患者进行研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各55例.对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组在此基础上联合头痛宁胶囊治疗,治疗后比较两组治疗效果、生活质量、情绪、症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(85.45％比69.09％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,研究组发作频率、持续时间及头痛程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).治疗后,研究组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及头痛影响测试问卷(HIT-6)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(12.72％比16.36％,P＞0.05).结论 头痛宁胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪对难治性偏头痛患者生活质量及情绪改善效果显著,临床疗效及安全性好.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effects of Toutongning capsules and flunarizine hydrochloride on the emotion and quality of life in patients with refractory migraine.Methods 110 patients with refractory migraine were chosen as experimental objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group,55 cases for each group.The control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and the research group with flunarizine hydrochloride and Toutongning capsules.After the treatment,the treatment effects,quality of life,emotion,improvement of symptoms,and adverse reactions were compared between the two group.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group (85.45％ vs.69.09％),with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the frequency,duration,and headache degree of the research group were better than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),and headache impact test questionnaire (HIT-6) were all lower in the research group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (12.72％ vs.16.36％,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Toutongning capsules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride can effectively improve the quality of life and emotion in patients with refractory migraine,and is effective and safe.
