摘要目的 观察非典型子宫内膜增生症患者应用醋酸甲羟孕酮联合妇康片治疗对血红蛋白及月经失血评分的影响.方法 选择2016年1月至2017年12月本院妇保科收治的70例非典型子宫内膜增生症患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例.对照组予以醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合妇康片治疗.比较两组血红蛋白水平、月经失血评分以及子宫内膜厚度.结果 治疗后,观察组血红蛋白水平(117.42±4.61)g/L,高于对照组的(92.69±4.37)g/L,月经失血评分(41.16±7.25)分、子宫内膜厚度(2.37±1.14) mm,低于对照组的(53.29±7.75)分、(5.28±1.25)mm,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);观察组不良反应发生率17.14％,低于对照组的22.86％,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 醋酸甲羟孕酮联合妇康片治疗非典型子宫内膜增生症患者有利于降低血红蛋白水平,减少月经失血量,促进患者恢复.

abstractsObjective To observe the effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with Fukang tablets on hemoglobin and menstrual bleeding score in patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,70 patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia treated at our department were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,35 cases for each group.The control group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate,and the observation group with medroxyprogesterone acetate and Fukang tablets.The hemoglobin level,menstrual bleeding score,and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the hemoglobin level was higher,menstrual bleeding score was lower,and the endometrial thickness was thinner in the observation group than in the control group [(117.42±4.61) g/L vs.(92.69±4.37) g/L,(41.16±7.25) vs.(53.29±7.75),and (2.37±1.14) mm vs.(5.28±1.25) mm],with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.14％ in the observation group and was 22.86％ in the control group,with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with Fukang tablets for atypical endometrial hyperplasia patients can reduce hemoglobin level and menstrual bleeding and promote recovery.
