摘要目的 探讨冠心宁注射液治疗老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病的效果及作用机制.方法 选取2015年3月至2018年3月在本院就诊的冠心病合并糖尿病患者118例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各59例.常规组使用常规治疗,药物组在常规治疗基础上使用冠心宁注射液,两组均治疗3个月.观察两组治疗前后血糖(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、炎症因子(白细胞介素6、超敏C-反应蛋白)及血液黏度水平(全血黏度、血浆黏度),并统计药物不良反应.结果 治疗后,药物组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、白细胞介素6、超敏C-反应蛋白含量分别为(8.09±1.20) mmol/L、(7.11±1.04)％、(15.59±6.10) ng/L、(2.55±1.24) mg/L明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);治疗后,药物组全血黏度、血浆黏度均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病使用冠心宁注射液,能明显降低患者体内血糖及炎症因子水平,改善血液流变学异常.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of Guanxinning injection for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetesmellitus and its mechanism.Methods 118 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus who were admitted into our hospital from March,2015 to March,2018 were selected and randomly divided into a routine group and a drug group,59 cases for each group.The routine group were given routine treatment,and the drug group were given Guanxinning injection on the basis of routine treatment;and the two groups were treated for 3 months.The blood glucose (fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin),inflammatory factors (interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein),and blood viscosity levels (whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity) were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment;and the adverse drug reactions were calculated.Results After the treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,whole blood viscosity,and plasma viscosity in the drug group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Guanxinning injection for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly reduce the levels of blood glucose and inflammatory factors,and improve hemorheological abnormalities.
