换一批摘要目的 在保证输液质量的前提下,提高静脉用药集中调配中心的配置速度.方法 针对提高配置速度这一主题,运用品管圈的各种品管手法,分析原因,拟定对策,确认效果,并把有效对策列入操作规程.结果 利用本次活动静脉用药集中调配中心药师的冲配速度由84.3 s/袋提高至69.2 s/袋.结论 通过品管圈活动静脉用药集中调配中心的配置速度得到了显著提升.

abstractsObjective Under the precondition of transfusion quality assurance,to increase PIVAS efficiency.Methods Various methods of Quality Control Circle (QCC),such as reason analysis,strategy development,and result confirm,were use to achieve the above objective;and the workable methods were listed into the standard procedure.Results During the trial,pharmacy preparation was speeded up from 84.3 seconds/bag to 69.2 seconds/bag.Conclusion PIVAS efficiency can be increased significantly by applying QCC.
