摘要目的 探讨采用大青叶提取物进行口腔护理对重症胰腺炎患者厚腻舌苔的清除效果,从而减轻口腔异味及口腔感染的发生率.方法 将90例厚腻舌苔并发口腔异味的重症胰腺炎患者分为对照组和实验组,每组45例,分别采用常规口腔护理及大青叶提取物口腔擦拭后,再实施常规口腔护理(口腔护理液选择0.02％洗必泰溶液),2次/d,3d为1个周期,7d后观察比较两组患者在清除厚腻舌苔及口腔异味方面的效果.结果 使用大青叶提取物实施口腔护理7d后,大部分患者厚腻苔得到显著改善,变为薄白苔,与对照组相比,治疗组患者舌苔清除的有效率显著提高,且口腔异味得到显著改善,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用大青叶提取物联合洗必泰溶液实施口腔护理,对清除厚腻舌苔及口腔异味具有较好疗效,值得临床应用和推广.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of oral care with extracts of folium isatidis on cleaning tongue coatings of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and to reduce the incidences of bad breath and oral infection.Methods 90 patients with severe pancreatitis,tongue coatings,and complications of bad breath were divided into a control group and an experimental group,45 cases for each group.The control group received routine oral care (0.02％ chlorhexidine solution for oral care solution),and an the observation group took routine oral care after scrubbing with the extracts of folium isatidis,2 times per day,3 days per period.And after 7 days,the effects of cleaning tongue coatings and bad breath were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of oral care with extracts of folium isatidis,the tongue coatings of most patients were significantly improved and the difference of effects between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Oral care with extracts of folium isatidis combined with chlorhexidine solution has a good effect on cleaning tongue coatings and bad breath.It is worth for clinical application and promotion.
