摘要本文通过文献研究、实践调查和对比分析,阐述广东地区医药物流延伸服务现状,分析几种主要模式医药物流延伸服务的利弊.不同模式医药物流延伸服务是新医改政策下的积极探索,在主动适应医药分开、零加成、两票制等新政实施中起到过渡性的帮助,但仍需要在实践和改革过程中不断总结提高.

abstractsThrough literature research,practical investigation,and comparative analysis,this paper expounds the current situation of pharmaceutical logistics extension service in Guandong,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several main modes of pharmaceutical logistics extension service.Different modes of medical logistics extension service are active explorations under the new medical reform policies,and play a transitional role in the implementation of new policies,such as “separation of hospital and medicine”,“Drug Markups”,and “two-invoice policy”.However,it still needs to be improved continuously in the process of practice and reform.
