摘要目的 分析前列腺增生患者术后运用合理行为替代护理对遵医行为的影响.方法 本文所选对象为本院2018年3月至2019年1月收治的90例采用手术治疗的前列腺增生患者,按数字随机方法将其分成对照组(45例)与实验组(45例),分别选择常规护理、合理行为替代护理,观察比较护理效果.结果 与对照组相比,实验组术后遵医行为依从性明显提高(P＜0.05),术后并发症发生率明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 为前列腺增生患者提供合理行为替代护理,能改善术后遵医行为,减少术后并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值.

abstractsObjective To analyze the effect of rational behavior replacement nursing on compliance of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after operation.Methods Ninety patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were surgically treated in our hospital from March,2018 to January,2019 were divided into a control group (45 cases) and an experimental group (45 cases) by the digital random method.The control group were routinely cared;and the observation group received rational behavior replacement nursing.The nursing effects were observed and compared.Results Compared with those of the control group,the compliance of the experimental group was significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05),and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Reasonable behavior replacement nursing for patients with BPH can improve their compliance and reduce their complications after operation,and has clinical value.
